Each LED installed inside corresponds to one of the 193 United Nations member countries, and each color of the flag of the corresponding country is switched on every few seconds.
Each LED is controlled by programming and continuously changes color.
Just as the way we see this work changes each time we view it, our world is also constantly changing.
